Mohammed Kudus has praised one Chelsea star following the Blues' 3-0 win against West Ham United.

Jackson opened the scoring early on when West Ham defending, described as "criminal" by Michael Dawson on Soccer Saturday, allowed him to beat Alphonse Areola on the angle having exchanged passes with Jadon Sancho and carried the ball forward unopposed.

Julen Lopetegui's side completely switched off again soon afterwards, leaving Moises Caicedo free to send Jackson cantering through on goal for a coolly-taken second.

West Ham tried to muster a response and were contentiously denied a penalty when VAR ruled Wesley Fofana's pull on Crysencio Summerville not to be "sustained holding".

But any hopes of a recovery were dashed straight after half-time when Chelsea carved through West Ham yet again, with Jackson this time turning provider to set up Cole Palmer for an emphatic finish following a rapid counter-attack.

Mohammed Kudus who was by far, West Ham United's best player on the pitch has made an honest admission on Marc Cucurella whom he'd come up against in Saturday's encounter.

Kudus praised Cucurella for his exceptional performance, particularly against the Hammers.

“He plays well; it’s difficult to defeat him one-on-one. He was all on me for the entire game, and it appeared that the tackle in the second half was just another serious run-in with him." Kudus said as quoted by Chelsea247

Cucurella up against Kudus.

Cucurella remained a constant nuisance for West Ham, sporadically occupying midfield during the game and making a crucial block to stop the spirited Kudus halfway through the first half.
