Chelsea have reportedly made a contract offer for Fulham’s Tosin Adarabioyo, who has been linked with a move to Manchester United ahead of being a free agent this summer. Adarabioyo announced his decision not to renew with Fulham earlier this year, which means interested clubs have had time to assess the player as a potential target. As well as Chelsea, the English centre-back has been linked to Manchester United and Newcastle. It makes sense that United would look to sign a 26-year-old centre-back with Premier League experience on a Bosman after the departure of Raphael Varane. Adarabioyo lived in Manchester whilst coming through Man City’s academy. According to Sky Sports News, Chelsea have offered a contract to Adarabioyo, with Newcastle still in talks with the Fulham defender.
