"He deserves to start!" Enzo Maresca told to start "gamechanger" against West Ham United following superb performance against Bournemouth.

Enzo Maresca has been told to start one Chelsea star against West Ham United.

Chelsea return to Premier League action on Saturday Evening at the London Sta.dium when they take on West Ham United.  Per team news, Enzo Maresca confirmed duo Enzo Fernandez and Kiernan Dewsbury Hall who had missed the previous clash would be back in action with the team.

However,  Enzo Maresca has been told to start Tosin Adarabioyo against West Ham United. Tosin Adarabioyo impressed when he came on as a substitute for Axel Disasi in the second half and considering Fofana’s less-than-impressive performances in recent games, there is a good case for starting Adarabioyo.

The  match against Bournemouth marked Adarabioyo’s first league game after being an unused substitute in Chelsea’s opening three matches of the season. In August, he had already played two full games in the UEFA Conference League against Servette FC. With the game still hanging in the balance, Chelsea manager Maresca brought on Adarabioyo alongside Joao Felix.

Adarabioyo’s role in keeping a clean sheet is commendable, especially in a game that saw Chelsea under pressure. His ability to step in and make an immediate impact highlights his composure and readiness for big moments, traits that Chelsea will undoubtedly rely on as the season progresses.

In the game that also made Premier League history for the number of yellow cards issued, it’s important to note that Adarabioyo’s introduction helped stabilise Chelsea’s defence during a tense moment. His debut suggests a promising future, and we look forward to seeing how he continues to grow and contribute to Chelsea’s campaign.
